Opening Times

The National Sports Museum opens from 10.00am – 5.00pm daily (except Christmas Day and Good Friday), with last admission at 4.00pm. Alternative arrangements and operating times apply in relation to event day access (see below).

EVENT DAY ACCESS

On occasions when sporting/concert events are being held within the stadium, access to the museum after the stadium gates have opened will be restricted to those patrons who also hold an event day ticket. 

We strongly recommend you confirm in advance if an event is taking place at the MCG on the proposed day of your visit.

(The Melbourne Cricket Club Museum will not be accessible by National Sports Museum patrons on MCG event days. MCC members will be able to access the MCC Museum from the Members Reserve entrance.)
